We normally have many candidates for every opportunity at ImagePoint. Our career center is the best way to submit your resume in general or for specific job openings. We will then follow up with you if we think there is a match between your qualifications and our current requirements.

We want to be sure that we have the best possible fit between the person, the job, and the organization, so our selection process is very thorough. This process also helps potential associates learn more about our company. Our selection process may include a telephone interview, one or more on-site interviews with managers and coworkers, PC or other skills testing, psychological testing, reference checks, and a pre-employment drug screen.

Training

The training offered to our associates depends on current assignment, previous experience, customer responsibilities, and development plans for each individual. Targets are set each year for the training each employee is expected to complete. Whether focused on broader skill sets, such as leadership or project management, or on more unique technical knowledge, such as electrical component installation or value engineering, ongoing training is part of everyone's job.

Job Experience

Development Plans
